Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the MNM Investments website (the "Site"), operated by MNM Investments LLC, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Site.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it, interfere with anyone else's use of it, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, its systems, or its data. Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes and may change at any time without notice.

No Guarantee of an Offer

Submitting your address or contact information through the Site does not create any obligation on the part of you or MNM Investments. It is a request for information and an opening to a conversation, nothing more. Any cash offer we may present is an estimate based on the details available to us and is non-binding until both parties sign a written purchase agreement. Either party may decline to proceed at any point before that agreement is signed.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Program description

Text messaging is opt-in only. MNM Investments (MNM Investments LLC) sends text messages solely to people who submit a cash-offer request on our website and check a consent box. Consent is collected exclusively through our web form via dedicated, optional, unchecked-by-default checkboxes, and every opt-in is recorded with a timestamp. Checking a box is never required to submit the form, receive an offer, or use our services.

There are two separate message programs, each with its own checkbox:

• Non-marketing messages about your cash offer request: offer updates, scheduling, and follow-up on the property you asked us to evaluate. Example: "MNM Investments: Hi Maria, the cash offer you requested is ready. When's a good time for a quick call to review it? Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out."
• Marketing messages with occasional offers and market updates about our home-buying service, sent only if you check the separate marketing box. Example: "MNM Investments: Hi James, you previously requested a cash offer from us. Want an updated no-obligation offer on your home? Reply YES, or STOP to opt out."

Opting out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages. To rejoin, reply START or sign up again through our website.

Message frequency & rates

Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Carriers & delivery

Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to participate in either message program.

Mobile data protection

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Compliance & privacy

Our messaging practices are designed to comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA messaging guidelines. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle the information you share with us.

Not Legal, Financial, or Tax Advice

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MNM Investments is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any information it contains. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of your state, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute relating to the Site or these terms will be handled in the state or federal courts located in your state.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after any change means you accept the updated terms.
